diy temporary tattoos
These exceeded my expectations! I love the printable tattoo paper but these, these are gold. I mean that in every way.
When you use the printable tattoo's you can make whatever you want and it's SO FUN but the second water touches that ink it's over. I remember getting in the shower after book club and watching my pink book club tattoo literally dissolve in front of my eyes... which is great you know? Easy to remove. Except the sticky stuff doesn't dissolve LOL you need a little alcohol to do that job, and I mean that in every way also.
Here are my book club temporary tattoos! I'll share!
You'll need printable temporary tattoo paper and a silhouette cameo to make them.
But the gold metallic temporary tattoo's don't budge! It's amazing. The process is a little different but just follow the directions on the package. It's super simple! Use simple shapes for this one. You cut through the plastic and metallic and then you peel away only the plastic from the shape you want to apply. If it's a simple shape it's really easy, if it's a shape with a lot of cuts, it's difficult.
Her are my results! I've showered and washed dishes. I kept forgetting about the tattoo and then being shocked that I hadn't destroyed it!
You can see that it gets more and more creases as time goes on... maybe you can put it somewhere you don't move a bunch so it stays more smooth. I just thought the hand would be a good test place!
You'll need metallic temporary tattoo paper and a silhouette cameo to make these. Use one of the hundred free graphics that come with your silhouette software! You have your choice of gold or silver metallic for the tattoo's!
Please let me know if you need any help with these! Have fun crafting but only use this cut file for yourself and to create gifts for friends and family. Do not sell any part of my book club file or finished tattoo's. Thank you!
